For those enrolled in a diet or naturopathy plan, our certified nutritionist will reach out to you with a call booking link for a 1-on-1 consultation. During this session, we’ll review your blood test reports and guide you on the next steps.

You will get structured day wise month wise recorded Yoga sessions that you can do at your own time.

Your doubts and questions will get answered once a week on Wednesdays. Timings will be shared in group.

If you have enrolled for diet plan, then you will get 1-1 phone consultation call and a customized diet plan as per your medical conditions from our Naturopath and nutritionist Mrs. Neelam.

You will become part of worldwide yoga community for yoga and diet updates.

We do not offer live sessions. Instead, you’ll get pre-recorded, structured videos tailored for each day of your menstrual cycle — a total of 30 videos designed to match the follicular and luteal phases, based on your energy levels.
